What does a day at our sports camp look like?

For all active kids and teens aged 8 to 17, we are organizing the best sports camps for six weeks throughout July and August! These weeks are filled with sports, laughter, and, of course, making lots of new friends. But what exactly does a day at our camp look like? We’ll tell you all about it in this blog!

‍

Morning

At 8:00 AM everyone is gently woken up with some cheerful music. After that, they get ready for another action-packed day.
At 8:30 AM breakfast is served: a hearty meal with plenty of bread to fuel up for the day's activities.

From 9:00 AM the morning recreationbegins. Think of sports like squash, fitness, soccer games, or playing on the bouncy castle. An active and fun start to the day!

‍

At 11:00 AM the training sessions, which last until 12:45 PM. These sessions are led by experienced trainers and are grouped by skill level, ensuring everyone gets a challenging and educational experience.

‍

‍

Afternoon

At 1:00 PM it is time for lunch: bread with delicious and healthy toppings, always accompanied by something warm. This is how the children recharge their energy.

After lunch, at 2:00 PM, it is time for afternoon recreation. The younger children head to the Langspier, where they can swim, canoe, paddleboard, play soccer, and play beach volleyball. Naturally, having fun is the main priority here!
The older children head to the IJzeren Man. Exciting and challenging group activities are on the program there, such as archery tag, an obstacle course, climbing, and swimming.

‍

‍

Evening

Around 6:00 PM we enjoy a healthy and delicious dinner together, prepared by our professional chef. This keeps energy and motivation high for the rest of the evening.

From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM we play matches, a great moment to show off what has been learned that day!

At 9:00 PM the evening recreationbegins. Think of games like capture the flag, bingo, a fun movie night, or disco swimming. Every evening is a new surprise!

At 10:30 PM all the children head to bed, tired but satisfied, ready for another day full of sports and fun.
